Thinking it Through Together: Relationship Insights with the Head Triad

Are you a Type 5, Type 6, or Type 7 looking to deepen your understanding of how you show up in romantic relationships?
Or, are you in a relationship with someone who identifies as one of these types and you want to understand them better?

Join our two and a half hour virtual Enneagram Panels on August 18th from 9:30am-12pm PT to learn all about the Head Triad in relationship!

This event, led by Noah and Elaine (two expert Enneagram practitioners), features 3 separate panels of Head Types who’ll provide an in-depth exploration of the unique qualities and challenges of being an Enneagram Type 5, 6, & 7 in romantic relationships.

During these interactive panels, you'll hear directly from Head Types, and have the opportunity to ask them questions about their experience at the end of the panels.

For those of you who have only had the chance to explore the Enneagram through written word, these panels will help bring those static descriptions to life!

The Head Types are grouped together based on their dominant center of intelligence (the head center). In romantic relationships, Head Types often bring a distinct dynamic:

  • Type 5s- typically show up in relationships as independent and intellectually curious partners, valuing autonomy and depth of understanding, while also offering insightful perspectives and a willingness to engage deeply with their loved ones when their boundaries are respected.

  • Type 6s- often demonstrate their loyalty and commitment in relationships by being dependable and supportive partners, valuing trust and security while also expressing their concerns and seeking reassurance in order to navigate uncertainties and build a strong foundation with their loved ones.

  • Type 7s- typically approach relationships with enthusiasm and a sense of adventure, valuing spontaneity and variety while also bringing energy and positivity to their interactions, often seeking to explore new experiences and possibilities with their partners.

People in this triad tend to lead with analysis and information (gathering information, examining it, storing it, questioning it, sorting it, etc). All that information seeking is about finding a sense of security and certainty in life. Individuals of these personality types often have active imaginations and know lots of interesting things, but may struggle to feel grounded in the world. As you can imagine, these characteristics can be both valuable and disruptive when it comes to relationships.

At these panels, you’ll get the opportunity to delve into the inner workings of the Head Types and gain valuable insights directly from those who bring these characteristics into their relationships. You won’t find a more up-close-and-personal way to learn about how Types 5, 6, and 7 experience relationships.

Whether you're a seasoned Enneagrammer, or just beginning your Enneagram journey (you don’t even need to know your type), this panel is a must-attend event to understand the nature of the Head Triad in relationships!
