The Good Fight: Embracing the gift of conflict

Join us for this 4-hour workshop on Saturday, June 22nd from 9AM-1PM Pacific Time to learn all about the valuable gifts of conflict!

Conflict avoidance is a core characteristic of Enneagram 9s. They have a hard time understanding why anybody would willingly expose themselves to anger and hostility, or initiate it themselves. This avoidance stems from powerful underlying beliefs which must be challenged in order to have more satisfying and fulfilling lives.

Whether you’re conscious of it or not, conflict avoidance often keeps you from entering situations that are essential for fostering thriving relationships. Engaging in emotionally fraught conversations can actually grant you the full power of who you are as a 9, and allow you to become your very best self!

During this workshop, we’ll explore in depth:

  • Why 9s avoid anger and conflict

  • What beliefs cause 9s to be silent when they need their voices the most

  • Benefits they believe their getting in return for avoiding conflict

  • The unexpected gifts often received when they allow conflict into their lives

  • Helpful techniques and strategies to use during conflict

Who is this workshop for?

  • Enneagram 9s

  • People who are close with 9s (spouses, family, friends, etc)

  • People who have 9s as clients

  • Any conflict avoider who wants to look at the issue through the type 9 lens
