There are many layers to working with the Enneagram for growth, and one of those layers of insight is the triads. One way types can seem similar to one another is because they happen to share a triad. Each triad splits the nine Enneagram types into three groups of three Enneagram types. The three Enneagram types in each group relate to or interact with a certain theme in a similar fashion.
On June 25th from 9am-1pm Pacific Time, we’ll be holding an interactive workshop all about Enneagram Triads! You’ll get the chance to learn about three sets of triads (listed below), interact with other individuals who share your placement within each triad, and hear from others whose triad placement differs from your own.
In this workshop, we’ll be discussing the following three different sets of triads:
Social Style Triad (also called Hornevian Triad) gives us insight into how we relate to others and how we get what we need/want. You may be assertive, compliant, or withdrawing.
Harmonic Pattern Triad addresses how we respond to conflict and adversity. You may respond with a positive outlook, a need for competency, or reactivity.
Object Relations Triad describes how we respond to the world specifically as a result of our defining family relationships. Your response may be oriented around rejection, frustration, or attachment.
As you can imagine, understanding where your type fits into each of these triads can give you a wealth of knowledge about yourself that goes beyond understanding your Enneagram type alone. For this workshop, it’s helpful to have a general idea of your personal type. If you need resources to figure out your type before the workshop, contact us at info@enneagramanytime.com.
This workshop will be held virtually, via Zoom. There is a registration fee of $110 to attend this 4-hour workshop (Early bird of $95 available through June 11th). If you’re able to bring a friend or a partner, send us an email so you can receive the link to pay at our discounted price of $185/pair.
