The Enneagram Defense Mechanisms

Join us on Saturday, November 18th, from 9AM-1PM Pacific Time for our holiday themed workshop on defense mechanisms as they relate to the Enneagram! In this workshop, we will explore how the different Enneagram Types defend themselves when in uncomfortable situations.

It’s human nature to defend ourselves in uncomfortable situations. We can draw upon many different defense mechanisms to protect ourselves and our psyche, but it turns out that each Enneagram Type’s unique core structure lends itself to one particular defense mechanism. In this workshop, we’ll take a deep dive into the Nine distinctive ways in which the Enneagram Types tend to defend themselves.

What you’ll learn:

• What defense mechanisms are and why we use them

• Which defense mechanism each Enneagram type uses more than the rest

• How to see your primary defense mechanism showing up in your life

• More helpful responses that can improve your relationships

This workshop will be held virtually, via Zoom. There is a registration fee of $110 to attend this 4-hour workshop, please click the link below to register!
