Join us on Sunday, February 4th, from 1:00PM-3:00PM Pacific Time. This intimate, highly-personalized monthly support group provides individualized attention and space to explore what it’s like living life as an Enneagram type One.
In these groups, you will:
Get a chance to be around people who experience the world like you
Get perspective on any personal/relational issues that you’d like to bring to the discussion
Learn about your Enneagram type structure in greater depth
Better understand why you think, feel, and act the way you do
Get support growing into the serene and self-accepting One you know that you can be!
These groups will be tailored to the collective needs and interests brought to the table each month by the participants. In these groups, we’ll discuss how you can:
Identify your high (perhaps unattainable) standards, and find some inner peace
Enlist the Inner critic as an ally, rather than merely a disciplinarian
Embrace pleasure as an avenue for growth
Find the benefits of flexibility and a multitude of options
Find satisfaction in legitimate progress, not just perfection
Release your grip on “should” and “ought to” style-thinking
Recognize why others see your convictions as criticism/attack
Stop feeling like all the responsibility automatically falls on you
This meeting will be held monthly via Zoom with a registration fee of $50 per person (per meeting). You’re welcome to register for as few or as many meetings as you would like!
(*For Mental Health Professionals, see below for CE information.)
